Wich is the check-in and check-out times ?

The check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, depending on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Late check-out is possible for those who book the hotel through our website.

Luggage deposit available for guests h 24.




Is breakfast included and what kind of breakfast is served?

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served from 7:30 am – 9:30 pm.

We serve American style breakfast buffet.

Room service is  € 5,00 per person




Does the hotel have a restaurant?

The restaurant is located on the ground floor next to recepton.

We serve international cuisine with many tuscan traditional dishes.

Lunch is served from 12:30 - 2:00 pm and  the dinner from 7:30 - 9:00 pm.

Do you have a gluten and vegan free menu?

Yes, we can prepare gluten and vegan free dishes; just inform our receptionists on arrival.

Your requirements will happily be fulfilled.




How many floors are there in the hotel and do you have a elevator in the building?

The Hotel has 4 floors an there are 2 lifts


Are there non-smoking rooms available?

All our rooms are Non-smoking.




Is there air conditioning in all rooms?

We have an centralized system of air-conditioning with thermostat that can be setted from the room

Air conditioning is available only in summer time.




Is there a TV in the rooms?

Are there international channels (sat TV) ?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite, flat screen televisions.




Is there a safe available?

Every room has its own electronic safe.

Each room has a manual showing how to set the combination and how to open and close the safe.




Does the hotel provide a laundry service?

The laundry service is available from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery within 24 hours.




Does the hotel provide a bar?

Our lounge-bar is located on the ground floor open from 5:30pm to 11:00 pm

During the summer season is open also the bar  located in the pool terrace from 11:00am to 6:00pm.




Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

The hotel has Wifii connection for Free

Do you have parking available?

We are located in the city center, in the main square Piazza del Popolo, that is on pedestrian zone.
It's easy to park in the blue maked lines around the hotel area with daily ticket that you can buy at the reception for 3,50€ per day
 




Is there a baby-sitting service provided by the hotel?

Baby-sitting services are available through reservation and on request.




Where can I get an adaptor?

All the room are ecquipped with an international plugs in the bathroom.




Does the Hotel have a Concierge service?

Yes, 24 hours.


I can reach the hotel by car?

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area, you can arrive by car a few meters from the entrance in a separate staging area for loading and unloading luggage.

The nearest train station is  Montecatini Centro, which is 3 minutes walk.
