What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, depending on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Late check-out is possible for those who book the hotel through our website.
Luggage deposit available for guests.

Is breakfast included and what kind of breakfast is served?

Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 7:30 am – 9:30 pm.
We serve American style breakfast buffet.
It includes a vast selection of juice, cereals, eggs, ham, jam, butter, honey, Nutella, bread and hot beverages such as tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, milk etc.
Breakfast can be served directly in-room at an extra charge of € 5,00 per day.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

The restaurant is located on the ground floor.
We serve traditional, Italian cuisine using only local products.
Lunch is served from 12:30 - 2:00 pm and dinner from 7:30 - 9:00.
Both lunch and dinner can be served directly in-room at an extra charge of € 5,00 per meal

Do you have a gluten free menu?

Yes, we can prepare gluten free dishes; just inform our receptionists on arrival.
Your requirements will happily be fulfilled.

How many floors are there in the hotel and do you have a elevator in the building?

Grand Hotel Plaza has 4 floors an there are 2 elevators available.

Are there non-smoking rooms available?

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Is there air conditioning in all rooms?

Each room has its own air conditioning system, allowing direct temperature control through commands next to the room entrance.
Air conditioning is available only in summer time.

Is there a TV in the rooms?
Are there international channels (sat TV) ?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite, flat screen televisions.

Is there a safe available?

Every room has its own electronic safe.
Each room has a manual showing how to set the combination and how to open and close the safe.

Does the hotel provide a laundry service?

The laundry service is available from Monday to Saturday.
Laundry left at reception before 10:00 am will be ready on the same day after 6:00 pm.

Does the hotel provide a bar?

Our bar is located on the ground floor.
During the summer season is open also the bar which is located in the pool terrace.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Yes, free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel.
Please ask for the access code at the front desk.

Do you have parking available?

Our hotel is located on Piazza del Popolo, the main square in town.
As the square has been recently restructured and covered with marble the nearest parking places are located about 30 meters from the hotel in the adjoining streets.
There is also a parking lot next to the hotel on Piazza XX Settembre where you can easily find many parking spots.
You can also leave your vehicle parked in Via San Martino, which is located behind the hotel.
The car must be parked in the spaces delimited by blue lines on the road.
Parking requires a payment from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. both for weekdays and for holidays.
We suggest you request a daily parking ticket of € 3,50 from the front desk.
Also, there is a garage available in the neighborhood we collaborate with (cost: € 20,00 per day).

Is there a baby-sitting service provided by the hotel?

Baby-sitting services are available through reservation and on request.

Do you have a pet policy?

Small and medium sized, domestic pets of are allowed at no extra charge in the public areas and have room access.
No pets are allowed in the restaurants and the swimming pool area.

Where can I get an adaptor?

There are free adaptors available at the front desk.

Does the Hotel have a Concierge service?

The Concierge service is available to help you plan your stay and make it more comfortable: general information, bookings for museums, theatre, restaurants, car rental with or without a driver, bicycle hire, baby sitting and many other services can be arranged at client’s request

I can reach the hotel by car?

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area, you can arrive by car a few meters from the entrance in a separate staging area for loading and unloading luggage.

Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station is the station of Montecatini Centre, which is no more than 150 meters from our hotel. (3 minutes walk).

Do you collaborate with any Spa centre?
